🔑 Key Responsibilities

⚙️ Operational Oversight

• Ensure end-to-end functionality of all security operations across the account
• Monitor and enforce compliance with KPIs and SLAs
• Maintain a proactive approach toward issue escalation and resolution

📄 Contract & Resource Management

• Oversee contract execution, billing, recruitment, and selection of security personnel
• Uphold high standards for uniforms, equipment, and workforce quality

🧩 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with Facilities Management, Operations, and IT to enhance conditions for onsite personnel
• Act as the central point for vendor escalations and ensure resolution through effective communication
• Support audit and visitor security processes to ensure professional representation and safety

📊 Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate current processes and recommend innovations to optimize cost and performance
• Lead ongoing improvements in the account’s security posture
