SeaTrek Manager – Dubai Parks and Resorts

Job Overview:

To lead and manage all SeaTrek operations, ensuring safety, innovation, and guest satisfaction across helmet diving, VR, and guided underwater experiences. As the head of function, the Manager - SeaTrek drives strategic planning, compliance, team development, and operational excellence across the program.

Here's your chance to step into the role of SeaTrek Manager at Dubai Parks and Resorts part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full SeaTrek department, ensuring alignment with Oasis Bay’s operational goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, safety standards, and guest experience enhancements.
• Ensure all animal safety standards are being followed through recognized practices
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and certifications.
• Manage departmental compliance with HSE, local regulations, and international diving standards.
• Ensure the readiness, maintenance, and safety of all equipment and infrastructure.
• Foster innovation in guest experiences through collaboration with Marketing and Guest Services.
• Analyze guest feedback and performance data to drive improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with certification bodies and regulatory agencies
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Studies, Hospitality, or Business Administration
• BLS/O2 Administration Certification
• Lifeguard Certification
• Rescue Diver Certified or Equivalent
• SeaTrek Guide Certification (successful completion required)

Experience: 7–10 years in aquatic or diving operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role

Skills:

• Leadership of cross-functional teams in aquatic environments
• Operational budgeting, reporting, and compliance auditing
• Crisis and emergency management
• Guest program development and innovation
