About the Role

G4S Egypt is hiring a Sales Engineer to join our New Cairo team. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong sales skills to identify prospects, deliver tailored security solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and prepare technical proposals.
• Present and demonstrate security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms).
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Coordinate with project teams for system installation and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Provide market feedback and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Communications, Electrical, or related).
• 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in security systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of security systems technologies is a plus.
