Job Purpose

To oversee and optimize CRM strategies aimed at maximizing lead generation and enhancing customer engagement. The Sales CRM Specialist will collaborate with internal teams—including the Call Centre, Client Relations, and Marketing—to align CRM activities with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results through data-driven insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage the daily operations of the Call Centre and Client Relations teams
  • Drive team efficiency and ensure alignment with CRM goals
Lead Planning & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain lead planning documentation
  • Perform analysis to assess communication strategies and campaign effectiveness
Sales Funnel Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute Sales Funnel Management (SFM) reports
  • Track lead progress and trends to inform strategic decisions
Media Channel Optimization
  • Analyze channel performance based on lead data
  • Work with marketing to refine media allocations and campaign strategies
CRM Strategy Development
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and evolve CRM strategy using performance data
  • Ensure strategy aligns with business needs and customer expectations
Campaign Execution & Calendar Planning
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to build and analyze the annual CRM calendar
  • Coordinate CRM efforts with marketing campaigns to support sales targets
CRM Content & Materials
  • Support creation of direct marketing content in collaboration with marketing specialists
  • Evaluate performance and engagement levels of CRM materials
Reporting & Business Intelligence
  • Generate detailed reports offering actionable insights on CRM performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to boost engagement and conversions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Sales CRM or similar customer-focused analytical role
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and digital marketing trends
