Description
Job Purpose
To provide strategic and operational support through data-driven insights and performance reporting. This role ensures continuous improvement, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the department and related stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop, maintain, and update periodic performance reports and dashboards for departmental leadership.
- Provide analysis and actionable insights to improve team efficiency and business performance.
- MIS & Data Analytics
- Deliver accurate, timely, and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound) MIS reports.
- Track and report on performance against assigned targets for individuals and teams.
- Data Management & Confidentiality
- Ensure proper data governance, confidentiality, and establish effective data filing and management systems for reports and sheets.
- Ad-hoc Reporting
- Respond to reporting and analysis requests from the Head of Department and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Executive Presentations
- Prepare monthly performance updates, feedback summaries, and initiative decks for management review.
- Transformation Projects
- Lead and support transformation initiatives aligned with the bank’s digital journey by identifying areas for automation, process enhancement, and innovation.
- Operational Excellence & SLA Adherence
- Monitor after-sales service TATs and ensure all tasks/projects are completed within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive service improvements.
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure full compliance with CPR regulations within the Solutions Hub.
- Monitor regulatory guidelines and report on control-related activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, Business Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably with exposure to Sales, Marketing, Credit, Branch Operations, or Customer Service. - Core Competencies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements
