Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Marine Biologist Manager in a Waterpark at Dubai Parks and Resorts part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and lead marine conservation and habitat management programs.
• Supervise biological monitoring, research activities, and reporting.
• Advise on sustainable practices and environmental compliance across aquatic attractions.
• Provide marine biology expertise to enhance SeaTrek guest experiences.
• Collaborate with educational and marketing teams on awareness campaigns.
• Liaise with environmental agencies and participate in certifications or partnerships.
• Ensure ethical standards in marine life handling and display.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, procurement, and team development.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
• Dive certification (Rescue Diver or higher) preferred
• Environmental compliance training or certification
• 7–10 years in marine biology, with at least 3 years in a leadership or program management role
• Expertise in marine ecology, conservation, and aquarium systems
• Field research methodologies and reporting
• Educational program development
• Team management and stakeholder communication
