We are currently recruiting for a Manager to join our Workforce Solutions team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope:
Responsible to spearhead a team of account managers dedicated to maximizing Workforce Solutions (WFS) client success. Drive growth by identifying and securing outsourcing opportunities. Cultivate strong vendor partnerships and nurture client relationships. Ensure operational excellence for exceptional client service quality and efficiency. Key areas of focus include client management, commercial contract adherence, compliance, and operational excellence
Financial
- Overseeing the process of billing clients for outsourced services and ensuring timely collection of payments
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with outsourcing, such as vendor insolvency, contract breaches, or economic downturns.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs associated with outsourced services, such as negotiating better rates with vendors or implementing cost-saving measures.
- Developing financial models to predict the profitability and cost-effectiveness of potential outsourcing arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships that lead to revenue and profit growth.
- Review and ensure accuracy in billing and other transactions that impact the financials of the contract.
Customer
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their workforce requirements, and providing innovative solutions to meet their staffing needs.
- Analyze market data, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements, process improvements and business expansion.
- Collaborate effectively with operational and support business units within the group to ensure optimum service delivery for customers.
- Cultivating strong, profitable client relationships to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building a robust pipeline for future growth.
- Deeply understanding client companies, their industries, work cultures, and environments to tailor solutions and foster long-term partnership.
Process
- Foster an environment where the team feel empowered to identify inefficiencies and actively participate in improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks, error-prone areas, and time-consuming steps within processes.
- Equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement new processes effectively. Offer ongoing support and regular trainings to address any challenges or questions.
- Integrate process improvement into regular workflows and performance reviews to ensure it remains an ongoing priority.
Innovation
- Champion specific innovation projects, allocating resources and fostering collaboration across different departments to bring ideas to life.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and innovation communities to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.
- Work with leadership to define the company's innovation goals and translate them into a clear and actionable innovation strategy.
- Participate in Continuous improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and savings.
Selection Criteria
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manpower solutions, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the manpower industry, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, develop and implement effective business plans, and contribute to the company's profitability.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics such as profit and loss (P&L) statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in managing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of UAE labor law.
