Position Overview
We are currently recruiting a Manager – Facilities Management to join our Integrated Facilities Services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing facilities operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving operational excellence through strategic leadership and innovation. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and achieving financial performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management- Monitor and manage the financial performance of contracts, preparing monthly reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure profitability targets are achieved in line with budget forecasts.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop new business opportunities and optimize team structures for efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, P&L reporting, invoicing, and expense tracking in coordination with internal teams.
- Support contract service delivery and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Add value by proposing initiatives aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular site visits and meetings to ensure service satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to client SLA requirements, resolving issues proactively.
- Liaise with internal departments (transport, accommodation, procurement) to ensure timely operational support for contract needs.
- Manage third-party service providers and specialist vendors in line with scope.
- Resolve staff-related issues including reallocation, absenteeism, and leave management.
- Recognize and nominate high-performing employees for internal awards.
- Lead client review meetings and ensure customer feedback is captured and acted upon.
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory guidelines, international FM standards, and Transguard policies.
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management—from mobilization to demobilization.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams for staffing and onboarding.
- Oversee resource planning and utilization to meet contract demands effectively.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, including equipment procurement, staff scheduling, and task allocations.
- Conduct monthly and ad hoc site inspections, ensuring service quality.
- Lead staff briefings, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and execute sustainability initiatives in collaboration with the Energy Manager.
- Drive technological innovation by introducing modern FM solutions and tools.
- Lead the implementation of CAFM systems, ensuring full usage and reporting as per contractual KPIs/SLAs.
- Build ROI-based proposals to support future investment in smart FM practices.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in FM, with responsibility for structured contracts governed by SLAs/KPIs.
- Strong technical understanding of FM standards, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prior experience managing diverse facility types: residential, commercial, retail, banking, royal premises, and universities.
- Experience managing both Hard and Soft FM services.
- CFM, PMP, IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent FM/HSSE certifications.
- Proficiency in CAFM systems and their implementation across full modules.
- Excellent MS Office skills—particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and report writing.
- Familiarity with MEP, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
