Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of smart, interactive data platforms to support enterprise-wide intelligence
• Manage RTA’s centralized data repository, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legislation
• Oversee big data platform development to enable advanced analytics and generate strategic business insights
• Drive the rollout of a comprehensive data governance roadmap aligned with national digital directives
• Improve data quality across platforms by establishing robust, continuous enhancement mechanisms
• Coordinate secure, compliant data exchange with Dubai Digital Authority and other strategic partners
• Provide integrated data access for AI solutions and enterprise analytics while maintaining cybersecurity standards
• Lead the design and maintenance of scalable enterprise data models and cloud-based database architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Minimum 11 years of hands-on experience in enterprise data management, platform engineering, or analytics infrastructure
• Proven expertise in data governance, cloud computing, big data analytics, and AI enablement
• Strong track record of technical project leadership in complex, data-driven environments
• Exceptional analytical thinking, organizational capability, and meticulous attention to detail
