Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial transformation projects across RTA, aligning them with strategic and financial goals
• Develop and implement the commercial transformation roadmap in line with RTA’s investment strategy
• Oversee negotiation and management of concession agreements involving carve-out entities
• Analyze financial and operational performance of carve-out entities and provide executive-level recommendations
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, contractual obligations, and key performance indicators
• Coordinate with external consultants, investors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles
• Represent the department on government committees and promote cross-entity collaboration
• Foster team growth through mentorship and demonstrate strong leadership to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 14 years of experience in commercial transformation, M&A, or public-private partnerships
• Deep expertise in project management, commercial negotiations, and policy formulation
• Outstanding communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven success in managing carve-out transactions, corporate restructuring, and large-scale government initiatives
