Manager – Aviation Partner Solutions

Transguard Group, established in 2001, is the UAE's premier business support and outsourcing provider, with a diverse team of 50,000 across Cash, Security, Manpower, Facilities Management, and Aviation. We are seeking a Manager – Aviation Partner Solutions for our Dubai-based Aviation team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Account Manager in fulfilling contractual obligations, while also enhancing strategic client relationships. You'll lead our Operations Team, focusing on delivering exceptional service, boosting customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiencies. This role serves as a key link between management and operations, collaborating with various internal departments and supporting group-wide Transport, Aviation, and Logistics initiatives.

Your Impact Areas:

• Financial & Operational Acumen: Drive service delivery, ensure operational excellence, and monitor contract performance against commercial agreements and KPIs.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain robust client relationships, acting as a primary contact and identifying growth opportunities.
• Process Optimization: Analyze data to refine processes, improve productivity, and ensure quality control, all while promoting a culture of operational excellence.
• Innovation & Research: Integrate automation, research industry trends, and foster inter-departmental collaboration to drive innovation.

We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience.
• University or College Degree.
• Rostering and deployment expertise.
• Aviation (Airside) industry knowledge (Cargo/Aircraft Appearance a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures.
• Excellent customer relationship management and report writing skills.
