Lifestyle Consultant

Job Purpose

To provide a premium customer experience within Abu Dhabi Motors’ Lifestyle Boutique by assisting clients in discovering and purchasing high-end lifestyle products. The Lifestyle Consultant serves as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized service aligned with the standards of BMW Group Retail Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Promote and display luxury lifestyle products using appropriate sales techniques
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Maintain boutique presentation to uphold brand image and create a visually appealing retail environment
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values
• Support cross-functional coordination with other Abu Dhabi Motors branches as needed

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales, preferably in luxury retail

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
• Professional appearance with a client-oriented approach
• Energetic and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Willingness to work across various Abu Dhabi Motors locations based on operational needs
