Description
- Responsible for proper start up and shut down, as per laid Standard Operating Procedures for the Equipment
- Operate and maintain other Equipments as a part of Multi-Tasking.
- Ensure quality product. Any deviations should be escalated to production team leader.
- Follow all safety requirements when performing work.
- Responsible to ensure minimal unplanned stops.
- Correctly fill out all documents related operating parameters and downtimes.
- Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct flavor/package changes and proper shut-downs to minimize down-time wasted resources
- Perform best practices in quality checks on line and equipment.
- Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
- Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
- Responsible to clean and sanitize all equipment and facility as required.
- Responsible to complete operation checks on equipment.
- Responsible to follow all standard operating procedures to operate equipment efficiently.
- Coordinates with Quality Assurance department to maintain high quality standards on all raw and finished goods.
- Take part in Pepsi International (PI) governed audits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- To be a part of Continuous Improvement plans like TPM, M&W (Manufacturing & Warehouse) etc., while being rolled out.
