We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who shares our passion for innovation, sustainability, and world-class guest experiences. What You’ll Do

• Lead the hotel’s engineering team, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to the highest standards.
• Drive preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives, reducing energy costs and environmental impact.
• Manage capital improvement projects and liaise with contractors to ensure flawless execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety, and environmental codes.
• Develop and mentor a talented team of technicians, creating a culture of care and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• A qualified engineering professional (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• 5+ years’ experience in hotel or large-scale facilities management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability best practices.
• A people-focused leader with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.
