We’re especially proud to share that MMI has just been recognized as the Most Admired E-commerce Retailer of the Year at the Images RetailME Awards 2025—a testament to our commitment to building a seamless and personalized online shopping experience.
Role Purpose
As our E-Commerce Manager, you will own and manage the MMI e-commerce end to end, with full P&L responsibility. You’ll take the lead in optimizing performance — blending eye-catching digital merchandising with smooth operational execution and data-driven growth strategies. From day-to-day operations to long-term planning, you’ll ensure every product, price, and stock detail is accurate while crafting a seamless customer journey that drives loyalty and repeat purchases.
You’ll work closely with CRM & Data, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to launch new initiatives, boost sales, and enhance efficiency across the entire digital business. This is a high-impact role for someone organized, detail-driven, and commercially minded — passionate about the fast-moving world of e-commerce and ready to shape how MMI connects with customers online.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead digital merchandising, operational flows, and KPI optimization in line with MMI’s strategic P&L and cost objectives.
- Use data to analyze customer behavior, validate product features, and identify opportunities.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through seamless checkout, responsive support, timely deliveries, and proactive review management.
- Test, monitor, and analyze website performance using tools like Adobe/Google Analytics to improve SEO and overall site performance.
- Track customer satisfaction and sentiment across touchpoints (NPS, reviews, surveys, feedback loops) and translate insights into continuous improvements.
- Work closely with CRM and loyalty teams to strengthen retention, drive repeat purchases, and build long-term customer advocacy.
- Support omni-channel, multi-brand, and integrated retail initiatives, working within IT governance frameworks.
- Maintain compliance with all laws and regulations, including those governing the sale of alcoholic beverages in Dubai.
- Track and optimize KPIs for website and app usage, revenue, and retention, collaborating with CRM and digital marketing on acquisition and retention strategies.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (social, email, paid ads) with CRM teams, using data to maximize impact.
- Oversee product availability, forecast accuracy, and e-commerce reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, SQL, Power BI) for performance insights.
- Align operations and last-mile delivery for best-in-class fulfilment, returns, and service integration.
- Possess basic knowledge of SEA, SEO, Display, App, Affiliate, and related tools/technologies.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in mobile app or e-commerce management specifically within the alcohol industry
- Strong knowledge of digital and product strategy.
- Solid understanding of the alcohol category and customer expectations in this space.
- Experience with agile methodologies and last-mile delivery operations.
- Service-oriented, proactive, organized, and methodical.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to relocate.
