Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Lead governance, process control, and performance oversight for all property projects.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor, and contractor management to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Monitor project risks, cost forecasts, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting tools to track progress, KPIs, and budget adherence.
  • Ensure consistent alignment between project delivery and Damac’s strategic and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with development, construction, and finance teams to streamline reporting and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 12–15 years in real estate development, construction, or capital project management.
  • Proven experience in governance, procurement, and risk management for large-scale developments.
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, and performance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management; Master’s preferred.
