Purpose of the Job

Customer Solutions Analyst at Aramex is responsible for analyzing customer needs and requirements to develop tailored logistics solutions. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

Job Description

• Gather and analyze customer data to identify needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to design and implement customized solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Provide support and training to internal teams on customer solutions and best practices.
• Assist in the development of pricing models and service proposals for clients.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer solutions, analysis, or a related role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
