Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts / Commercial Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and commercial operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maximizing business value.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Analyze and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the protection of company interests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate contract performance and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contract management

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles
  • Strong knowledge of UAE commercial laws and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and assess risks
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in the UAE business environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional certifications such as IACCM or CCCM preferred
  • Understanding of international contract law
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
