About the Role:
This role reports to the Head of Branch Distribution and is responsible for driving growth and transformation of branches across diverse communities. The Community Growth Manager, Branch Distribution enhances customer experiences, aligns branch environments with community culture, and develops strategies for business growth and engagement. The role involves market analysis, branch design collaboration, and fostering strong community relationships to strengthen brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop plans to enter new markets and enhance presence in existing ones based on demographic data.
- Lead projects aligning branch strategies with local cultures and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders.
- Represent the bank at community events to boost visibility and rapport.
- Organize initiatives and sponsorships aligned with the bank’s values.
- Collaborate with design teams to create culturally reflective branch environments.
- Ensure branches deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct competitor and community analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Scout strategic locations for new or modified branches.
- Monitor and report on engagement strategies and branch transformations.
- Adjust plans based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Implement plans to repurpose branches to meet community needs.
- Formulate strategies for business growth through tailored products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for community-specific execution.
- Identify and implement best practices for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 10–12 years in branch banking or community development, preferably in a UAE-based bank.
- Strong understanding of banking products, community engagement, and cultural diversity.
Skills
- MS Office proficiency; CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Market awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
