Client Advisor – Skin Care

OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The role will be responsible for providing expert advice and personalized skincare treatments to clients. The primary goal is to help clients achieve and maintain healthy, glowing skin by assessing their specific needs and recommending appropriate skincare products and services and will work closely with clients to develop customized skincare regimens and provide ongoing support and guidance. Additionally, the role will stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to ensure the highest level of service and results of the clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

o  Conduct thorough skincare consultations to understand clients' concerns, goals, and skin type.

o  Analyze clients' skin conditions using tools and techniques, such as magnifying lamps or skin analysis machines.

o  Perform various skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions with precision and care.

o  Develop personalized skincare regimens and provide product recommendations for clients' at-home skincare routines.

o  Administer specialized skincare treatments like acne treatments or anti-ageing procedures.

o  Educate clients on proper skin care techniques, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing.

o  Perform facial massages and other facial treatments to improve circulation and stimulate collagen production.

o  Keep accurate records of clients' skincare history, treatment progress, and product recommendations.

o  Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products through continuous education and training.

o  Attend industry events, trade shows, or seminars to expand your knowledge and network with other skincare professionals.
