Description
Provide expert advice and strategic guidance in the field of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to support operational and investment initiatives. You will drive financial sustainability through structured collaboration with the private sector, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all PPP-related projects are backed by research, studies, and comprehensive analysis.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Review and draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs), contract documents, and annexures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide execution support to senior management across internal sectors and agencies
- Prepare and submit regular status updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and structure new PPP opportunities
- Mentor and guide team members in PPP project management methodologies
- Implement assigned projects, coordinating internal stakeholders to meet agreed objectives
- Advise Section Manager on advanced PPP strategies, including Next-Gen PPP policies and frameworks
- Compile and review progress reports with Section Manager to ensure project alignment
- Develop work plans and documentation (e.g., NFA requests) for high-level review and approval
- Conduct financial modeling for M&A, Greenfield, and brownfield PPP projects
- Address day-to-day project matters and recommend solutions to the Section Manager
- Prepare presentations and summaries for Board and Committee review, and follow up on directives
- Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and meeting notes

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university
- CP3P certification, or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CFA or CPA preferred
- Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in PPP structuring, financial analysis, or investment planning
