Job Purpose:

Own the Travel Retail category agenda across Spirits, Wines, Beverages, and Innovation. You’ll build and manage a best-in-class Travel Retail portfolio, ensuring category plans, assortment, pricing, and promotions land in line with principal priorities and our commercial objectives—while driving executional excellence and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to category plans aligned to strategy and principal guidelines; provide assortment recommendations by channel, region, and customer profile.
  • Act as a key interface with brand principals, airline buyers, and duty-free retail buyers; coordinate inputs on new products, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Supply category insights to inform pricing and promotional planning; coordinate promotion execution in duty-free channels and track against plan.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing & Visual Merchandising to deliver planogram compliance and elevate category visibility.
  • Monitor performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and report to senior stakeholders; compile market and competitor insights to inform future planning.

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • 7–10 years in Category, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Planning within FMCG or AlcBev.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI or equivalent).
  • Proven coordination of promotional activity and merchandising execution.
  • Able to manage multiple internal stakeholders effectively.

Desirable Skills & Qualification:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in Travel Retail (duty-free/airline customer dynamics).
  • Understanding of category merchandising and operational complexity in Travel Retail environments.
