Assistant Manager – Facilities Management (UAE National)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure equipment functionality.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for outsourced maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and internal SOPs.
• Monitor energy usage, water systems, HVAC, and facility infrastructure.
• Conduct inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and resource planning for technical needs.
• Manage a team of supervisors and technicians, ensuring training and performance standards.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management-related field.
• 5–6 years in facility management or technical operations, including team supervision
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, water systems, and electrical maintenance
• Budgeting and resource management
• Vendor negotiation and SLA management
• Incident management and technical reporting
