Administrative Assistant

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Service Excellence Coordinator, where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, centralized, and accurate handling of non-merchandise procurement processes. You will manage purchase requests and orders across departments while supporting vendor management and maintaining meticulous documentation — all to drive excellence and compliance in our growing retail ecosystem.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for all non-merchandise needs across departments (Ops, IT, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.).
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date tracker for all PRs and POs.
• Generate Sales Orders for intercompany packaging transfers.
• Create item codes for consumables as needed in the inventory system.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and follow-up in alignment with internal policies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth service delivery.
• Support the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy through your role.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or procurement support role.
• Previous experience in the retail sector is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
