noon is the leading consumer commerce platform in the region. Launched on December 12, 2017, in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, it expanded into Egypt in February 2019. Today, noon offers a growing ecosystem of services spanning food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. About noon Food

noon Food is a restaurant-centric platform available on the noon app, designed to support the food and beverage industry across the Middle East. With fair commission structures, sustainable programs, and operational flexibility, noon Food aims to transform the F&B delivery sector—empowering restaurants and giving them back control over their success.

What You’ll Do

At noon, we’re proud to have some of the smartest, most driven individuals on our team. With a young, ambitious, and high-performing group, we’re moving fast and aiming high.

As part of this team, you will:

  • Build a diverse restaurant portfolio across different regions, cuisines, and types.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Account Management to shape and implement supply acquisition strategies.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with major restaurant brands at the national level.
  • Stay close to the market—actively manage key partnerships and lead high-level negotiations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely restaurant onboarding in your designated cities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing account management team focused on increasing order volume, revenue, and ROI.
  • Create and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to assess performance, identify opportunities, and enhance sales processes, enablement tools, and value propositions.

What You’ll Need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in startups or online marketplaces is a strong advantage.
  • Strong sales transformation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Background in on-demand or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
