What You'll Do:

To ensure that all cash payments due to the company are received, recorded, and paid into the correct bank accounts as stipulated by the Finance Manager. To deal with customers in an efficient and customer orientated manner as a representative of Al Nabooda Automobiles, delivering excellent customer service. To manage petty cash for showroom.

Accountabilities

Cash & Cheques

1. Take cash payments from customers, coordinate with the sales department, ensuring that the correct amount has been received, prepare all documentation required, ensuring that this is done in a customer orientated manner.
2. Receive finance cheques from banks, commercial companies, and lease customers; ensure all relevant documentation is completed to allow for accuracy of reports.
3. Prepare documentation required to deposit cash and cheques ensuring that monies are allocated to the correct bank accounts, as advised by the Finance Manager.

Petty Cash

1. Control all documentation pertaining to Petty Cash, ensuring that all monies are accounted for.
2. Maintain petty cash levels, ensuring levels do not fall below minimum set, requesting cash when required.

Reports

1. Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required detailing the mix of cash and cheques.

Personal Development

1. Practice personal continuous improvement by attending any relevant courses, reading and on-the-job training.
2. Arrange a meeting with your line manager in accordance with the annual appraisal process.
