Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Park Operations at Dubai Parks and Resorts by Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for Entry Operations aligned with park objectives.
• Manage the performance of the entire entry team including supervisors, team leaders, and attendants.
• Ensure efficiency in ticketing systems, guest flow, turnstile operations, and queue control.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, guest feedback, and technology.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and guest services to align promotions and guest communication.
• Oversee training programs, talent development, and succession planning for the department.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across entry areas.
• Monitor operational KPIs, budgeting, and resource utilization, and report to senior leadership.
• Lead emergency response and guest incident resolution related to park entry areas.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years in operations within a theme park, entertainment.
• Advanced proficiency in ticketing and access control systems
• Budgeting, workforce planning, and performance analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Project management and stakeholder engagement experience
