A Reputed Laundry Company in Dubai is looking for Logistics Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Reporting Operations Manager giving hi m day to day transport section updates.
• Receive calls and messages for inquiry and pick-up request.
• Replies to messages and calls for bookings and pick-ups.
• Coordinates the pick-ups and deliveries to the drivers and customers.
• Provide first hand information to customers during inquiry and closing it for a sale.
• Supervise laundry sorting depending on the type of request of the customer and inform operations to do so.
• Submits daily booking report to Marketing /Operations Manager.
• Receive clothes from customers and print receipts.
