Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor supports hotel safety and security operations in Dubai by supervising security colleagues, monitoring property activities and responding to incidents in line with Four Seasons procedures. The position combines visible guest-facing presence with disciplined operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security team members and coordinate daily assignments and patrol coverage.
• Monitor access points, public areas and operational zones to help protect guests, colleagues and property assets.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and security concerns and complete accurate reports.
• Support investigations and maintain appropriate records and evidence where required.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and external authorities when operationally necessary.
• Reinforce security procedures, emergency preparedness and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous hotel, hospitality or comparable security experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong observation, communication and incident-management skills.
• Professional appearance and calm decision-making in emergency situations.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays and maintain confidentiality.
