Spa Therapist

The Spa Therapist provides professional wellness and treatment services while creating a calm, personalized experience for Four Seasons guests. The role requires strong technical treatment skills, guest consultation, hygiene discipline and the ability to recommend suitable products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional spa treatments in accordance with property standards and treatment protocols.
• Consult with guests to understand preferences, needs and relevant treatment considerations.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens and work areas to high hygiene standards.
• Explain treatments and aftercare clearly and provide attentive guest service throughout the visit.
• Support the promotion of suitable products, packages and wellness services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with spa reception and other resort departments to ensure smooth guest journeys.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel, resort or spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of treatment procedures, hygiene and guest-care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and a calm, service-focused approach.
