Manager, Revenue Projects – EMEA

Four Seasons is seeking a revenue-focused professional to support regional commercial performance across the EMEA portfolio. The role combines hotel performance analysis, revenue strategy, distribution work and project coordination from the Dubai corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and GOPPAR to identify trends and commercial opportunities.
• Review competitor pricing, demand patterns and market intelligence using revenue and rate-shopping tools.
• Support regional revenue initiatives involving pricing, inventory, distribution and channel performance.
• Assist with revenue-system audits, configuration reviews and new-hotel setup requirements.
• Monitor distribution effectiveness, rate parity and partner performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare clear analysis, reports and presentations for revenue leaders and hotel stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, finance or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in revenue management, reservations, hotel operations, financial analysis or a related area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, OPERA, IDeaS RMS or similar systems is an advantage.
