Junior Account Specialist

Karwill Global Logistic LLC is recruiting a Junior Account Specialist to assist with routine finance and bookkeeping work in Dubai. The position is suitable for someone with a basic understanding of accounting who is ready to support transaction recording, invoicing and account reconciliations. The specialist will help organise financial documents, prepare supporting schedules and keep accounting information up to date. As the work takes place in a logistics business, the candidate should be able to manage regular deadlines and communicate with colleagues to collect missing details. Immediate joiners are preferred.

This is a full-time role with an estimated salary of AED 3,500–5,500 per month. A formal qualification was not specified; practical knowledge of basic accounting processes is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain complete supporting documentation.
• Assist with customer invoicing and routine accounts receivable and payable tasks.
• Carry out bank reconciliations and help identify differences that need review.
• Support financial reporting by preparing schedules and organising accounting information.
• Arrange records and supporting documents for VAT and Corporate Tax filing activities.
• Keep accounting files orderly so that information can be retrieved when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping and routine finance processes.
• Familiarity with accounting entries, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Awareness of bank reconciliation and tax-documentation support is useful.
• Good attention to detail and an organised approach to routine work.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a busy logistics environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
