Description
The CRO & UX Manager is responsible for improving the digital shopping journey and helping turn customer visits into completed purchases. Based in Dubai, the role blends user-experience design, conversion analysis, experimentation and collaboration with e-commerce, design, technology and marketing teams. The successful candidate will translate behavioural data and customer feedback into practical improvements across discovery, product pages and checkout, while keeping the experience clear, accessible and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and maintain a conversion-rate optimization roadmap based on business goals, customer evidence and performance data.
- Analyse funnel drop-offs, site behaviour, search use and customer feedback to identify friction and prioritize improvements.
- Plan and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments, recording hypotheses, results and recommendations.
- Partner with designers, developers, merchandising and marketing teams to implement and validate experience improvements.
- Report on conversion, engagement and user-experience indicators and translate findings into practical next steps.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in conversion optimization, user experience, e-commerce or digital product improvement.
- Ability to interpret analytics and experimentation results and communicate decisions using evidence.
- Working knowledge of user research, journey mapping, usability testing and digital analytics tools.
- Comfort working across teams, managing priorities and connecting design quality with business outcomes.
