Fashion Consultant – Tory Burch, Galleria Mall (Emiratisation)

The Fashion Consultant will represent Tory Burch, Galleria Mall and create a welcoming, knowledgeable and personal experience for every guest. Based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, the role combines thoughtful styling advice, commercial focus and disciplined store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs and recommend products with confidence, warmth and strong brand knowledge.
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, clienteling, accurate data capture and an omni-channel mindset.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets, sell-through goals and relevant service or loyalty measures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock availability, replenishment, click-and-collect service levels and store procedures.
• Support campaigns, events, social activity and team initiatives, sharing useful feedback about customer behaviour, bestsellers and opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, premium or luxury retail is helpful, with genuine interest in products, styling and customer experience.
• Strong English communication, polished presentation, listening skills, commercial awareness and teamwork.
