Description
The Department Supervisor - Tryano role is responsible for leading a retail team and delivering a consistent, commercially successful customer experience. The position combines visible floor leadership, coaching, operational control and close attention to sales, service and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to deliver strong service, product knowledge and commercial performance.
- Set priorities on the shop floor, allocate activity and remain available to support customers and the team.
- Review sales, conversion, productivity, stock and other KPIs, taking practical action where performance can improve.
- Maintain visual, operational, cash, stock and service standards in line with brand and company procedures.
- Work with buying, merchandising, marketing and support teams to solve issues and strengthen the customer journey. Additional focus includes contribute to the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure smooth execution of daily priorities; maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, supporting the team, serving customers, and leading by example; maintain excellent customer service standards are maintained and assist in resolving customer queries and routine complaints, escalating when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant leadership experience in fashion, beauty, luxury or high-quality retail, with a hands-on approach.
- Commercial awareness, team development, clear communication, sound judgement and flexibility for retail shifts.

Employment Details
This is a full-time position with Chalhoub Group in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Retail-facing roles may include rotating shifts, evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
