Cabin Crew

Cabin Crew members deliver safe, attentive and professional service throughout the passenger journey. The role combines hospitality with responsibility for cabin safety, security and passenger wellbeing. Crew members work closely with colleagues to provide a consistent service experience for travellers from different backgrounds, respond appropriately to passenger needs and follow airline and aviation-authority procedures. The position is suited to candidates who are service-oriented, adaptable and comfortable working in a multicultural, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers and provide courteous assistance during boarding, flight and disembarkation.
• Carry out cabin safety and security duties in accordance with required procedures.
• Deliver in-flight service and help passengers understand and follow safety instructions.
• Respond calmly and professionally to passenger questions, service requests and unexpected situations.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to maintain service standards and support passenger wellbeing.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform, grooming and operating requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum height of 163 cm.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.
• High standard of personal grooming, with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform; one earring in each lower lobe is permitted for female applicants.
• Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions.
• Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, and comply with UAE and GCAA requirements.
• Ability to swim using a flotation device.
