Description
Key responsibilities:
- Generate new partnerships and manage existing relationships with in-person meetings and telephonic interactions and consistent follow ups
- Identify market opportunities for the Bank and highlight to the manager
- Build and enrich the partnerships and benefits platform for DIB Cards across all verticals with relevant partnerships
- Regularly update the competitive trends and highlight to the manager
- Manage perceptual scale at the Merchants Point of Sale to drive the objective of high product & brand recall for DIB.
- Take onus of campaigns, ensuring accuracy, full compliance to legal and other regulatory requirements and timely implementation and launch of various marketing collaterals
- Liaise closely with marketing, cross functional and external stake holders to deliver timely communication in dual language
- Work with the analytics team and regularly report performance of partnership campaigns
- Lead the negotiation of contracts and manage timely approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update database of partnership offers/merchant details to ensure accessibility at any time
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for vendor management processes & payments.
- Manage MIS reconciliations to ensure timely vendor payments
- Manage complaints in a seamless manner.
- Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation
- All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional- responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Prior loyalty management/business development experience in cards and payments, airlines or related customer service industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing- or related field
- Sincere, Go- getter, self-motivated, self- starter with a positive attitude
- Well-organized, detail oriented, analytical and have the ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
- Advanced Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Well versed with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Advanced Excel
