What’s the purpose of this role
:To provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, replenishing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales performance
.
What will you be doin
- g:Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experienc
- e.Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales target
- s.Replenish shelves, organize displays and ensure products are correctly priced and labelle
- d.Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the stor
- e.Assist in stock counts & inventory and help with receiving and unpacking new stoc
- k.Attend training sessions to expand your product knowledge and skills, supporting both your personal development and the store’s growt
- h.Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth store operations and succes

What we are looking f
- or:Must have experience in cash handling & POS sys
- temHigh School Diploma or Equival
- ent1-2 years’ experience in retail or customer serv
- iceAbility to handle customer complaints and work under press

- lusMust be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes as part of daily operatio
