What’s the purpose of this role

:To provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, replenishing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales performance

What will you be doin

  • g:Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experienc
  • e.Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales target
  • s.Replenish shelves, organize displays and ensure products are correctly priced and labelle
  • d.Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the stor
  • e.Assist in stock counts & inventory and help with receiving and unpacking new stoc
  • k.Attend training sessions to expand your product knowledge and skills, supporting both your personal development and the store’s growt
  • h.Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth store operations and succes

  • ent1-2 years’ experience in retail or customer serv
