Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for real estate sales. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities
• Identify potential clients and conduct property showings
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Advise clients on market conditions and pricing strategies
• Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements
• Facilitate the closing process, including coordination with attorneys, lenders, and inspectors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions
• Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Active real estate license
• Proven sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documents
• Strong computer skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within the local area

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Compensation:
