About the Role

Connection Chauffeur Limo LLC is seeking a Hotels Transport Coordinator to support and oversee day-to-day hotel transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between drivers, hotel staff, and guests while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily records of all cash trips and hotel bookings
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and trip updates
• Ensure all company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and presentable
• Handle guest complaints professionally and coordinate resolutions with hotel teams
• Facilitate clear communication between drivers, clients, and hotel personnel
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Preference for candidates with visit visas or cancelled visas
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage guest-related concerns effectively
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
