Attendant – Food and Beverage

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Attendant - Food and Beverage at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and guide them through menu offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Assist in setting up, restocking, and clearing tables.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints efficiently and escalate when needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support kitchen and cashiering functions during peak times if required.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 1–2 years in food and beverage service or a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Basic POS system and order management
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Multitasking and time management
