JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations with a focus on gynecology, obstetrics, and IVF-related procedures (follicular monitoring, endometrial assessment, early pregnancy scans, etc.).
- Assist physicians and IVF specialists in diagnostic imaging to support fertility treatments and patient management.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and archiving of ultrasound images.
- Collaborate with the IVF and medical teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Adhere to SEHA policies, DOH regulations, and international best practices in sonography.
- Provide compassionate patient care while explaining imaging procedures clearly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography / Radiology Technology (or equivalent).
- Valid Department of Health (DOH) license (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of sonography experience, with proven expertise in IVF and reproductive imaging.
- Strong knowledge of female pelvic anatomy, infertility workups, and assisted reproductive technology (ART) protocols.
- Proficiency in using advanced ultrasound equipment (3D/4D preferred).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural healthcare environment.
- Previous SEHA or UAE healthcare sector experience is preferred.
