We have a great opportunity for Reservation / Customer Sales Coordinator to join the team in Sales & Marketing. The successful applicant is responsible for providing timely and professional reservation services with preference to have experience in the hospitality industry/luxury customer service.

• Take incoming calls for guest reservations/inquiries.
• Maintain guest records.
• Remain courteous and professional at all time.
• Understand and ascertain guests needs through conversation.
• Always represent the hotel in a favourable light.
