Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader - Entry Operations at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Entry Attendants during shift operations, ensuring performance and adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor guest entry process, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to the Supervisor as needed.
  • Provide real-time coaching and support to team members, fostering guest-centric behavior.
  • Assist in the distribution of schedules, zone allocation, and shift reporting.
  • Ensure the proper operation and cleanliness of entry equipment and surrounding areas.
  • Handle escalated guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and timely resolution.
  • Support crowd control during peak hours and manage queuing efficiency.
  • Contribute to training and onboarding of new entry staff.
  • Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • High School Certificate or Diploma.
  • 2–3 years in entry operations, guest services, or frontline team coordination.
  • Proficient in POS/ticketing systems and turnstile operations
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Guest engagement and complaint handling
  • Operational troubleshooting and coordination
