Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader - Entry Operations at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Entry Attendants during shift operations, ensuring performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor guest entry process, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to the Supervisor as needed.
- Provide real-time coaching and support to team members, fostering guest-centric behavior.
- Assist in the distribution of schedules, zone allocation, and shift reporting.
- Ensure the proper operation and cleanliness of entry equipment and surrounding areas.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and timely resolution.
- Support crowd control during peak hours and manage queuing efficiency.
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new entry staff.
- Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- High School Certificate or Diploma.
- 2–3 years in entry operations, guest services, or frontline team coordination.
- Proficient in POS/ticketing systems and turnstile operations
- Leadership and people management skills
- Guest engagement and complaint handling
- Operational troubleshooting and coordination
