Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute park events and entertainment activities including private functions.
• Coordinate logistics, performers, and technical requirements for scheduled events.
• Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) and third-party vendors.
• Maintain the entertainment calendar and ensure timely communication across departments.
• Ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction for birthday parties and group events.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and entertainment programs.
• Monitor event setup, safety compliance, and guest engagement during activities.
• Gather post-event feedback and report performance insights to management.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma
• 2–3 years in event coordination, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Basic event production and vendor management
• Effective communication and time management
• Familiarity with guest interaction and entertainment trends
