Senior Manager – Process Mining & Optimization

Role Summary

The Process Mining & Optimization Senior Manager leads the implementation of process mining tools like Celonis to optimize end-to-end business processes and drive continuous improvement. The role establishes a Center of Excellence to deliver data-driven insights, enhance efficiency, and generate measurable business value. It also partners with Transformation leadership to align process mining initiatives with broader digital transformation objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

• Leads the process mining strategy and roadmap across all Majid Al Futtaim business units and operations.
• Establishes a Process Mining Center of Excellence (CoE) with defined governance, methodology, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversees data integration and model development from systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, and others to deliver real-time insights and KPI monitoring.
• Drives end-to-end process mapping and transformation initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Lean Six Sigma and process mining tools.
• Maintains process taxonomies, ownership frameworks, and centralized documentation for consistency and visibility.
• Reports insights, outcomes, and financial improvements to leadership, setting measurable cost and efficiency targets aligned with transformation goals.
• Promotes adoption of Celonis and related tools through user training, engagement programs, and performance tracking.
• Leads change management efforts to foster a data-driven culture and sustain continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in process transformation.
• Demonstrated leadership in process mining programs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven cross-functional stakeholder engagement in large enterprise or consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Key Certifications in Process Mining, BPM, Lean Six Sigma, or Transformation.
