Senior Lifeguard

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Lifeguard at Dubai Parks and Resorts in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor lifeguard team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
• Lead by example in ensuring safety, vigilance, and guest engagement across aquatic zones.
• Conduct safety briefings and coordinate daily assignments for lifeguards.
• Respond to incidents swiftly, administer First Aid, CPR, or oxygen, and assist in incident reporting.
• Act as point of contact for guest escalations and queries during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with waterpark operational guidelines and assist in audits.
• Participate in training programs and conduct mock drills for team preparedness.
• Assist the Supervisor in scheduling, performance tracking, and daily operations.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma
• 2–3 years of lifeguarding experience, including leadership or senior lifeguard responsibilities.
• Certified in Lifeguard Training
• BLS and O2 Administration Certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead teams under pressure in high guest-volume environments
