Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, conducting client meetings, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a point of contact for clients. Additional duties include addressing client inquiries, managing client accounts, and supporting sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Client relationship management and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and account management
• Ability to conduct client meetings and manage client inquiries
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Industry knowledge in real estate or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
