As a National Talent Specialist, you will deliver personalised and consistent career support to Emiratizations (UAEN), ensuring smooth transitions post-training, enabling long-term career progression, and driving engagement. You will also partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Learning & Talent (L&T), and other HR COEs to execute Emiratisation initiatives, acting as the primary support channel for UAEN employees throughout their career journey.

As a National Talent Specialist, you will deliver personalised and consistent career support to Emiratizations (UAEN), ensuring smooth transitions post-training, enabling long-term career progression, and driving engagement. You will also partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Learning & Talent (L&T), and other HR COEs to execute Emiratisation initiatives, acting as the primary support channel for UAEN employees throughout their career journey.
In This Role, You Will
- Execute tailored career enablement support by providing UAENs with personalised guidance on development, mobility, and career growth, while executing programmes and initiatives that drive progression, engagement, and retention.
- Support smooth transitions from structured training into permanent roles by ensuring clarity on role expectations, career pathways, and development opportunities.
- Maintain and update detailed UAEN career profiles — including skills, aspirations, performance data, and readiness — to track progression, identify development needs, and provide accurate inputs into talent planning, reporting, and internal mobility processes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Recruitment to identify suitable opportunities, advocate for UAEN talent, and facilitate seamless internal career moves.
- Partner with L&T to schedule and support learning interventions, coaching, and mentoring aligned to individual UAEN needs and progression goals.
- Gather feedback and monitor engagement, sharing insights with the Emiratisation team, HRBPs, and other HR COEs to improve the employee experience and inform career enablement strategies.
- Act as the first point of contact for UAENs, providing consistent support and fostering inclusion, empowerment, and a positive career journey experience.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, or a similar field with international recognition.
- Experience of 5+ years in Human Resources and Training.
- CIPD certification
- Exposure to a supervisory role or experience as a trainer/coach in a multicultural organisation.
- A good understanding of ways and methods of coaching and developing fresh graduates within a structured and defined time period.
