Manager, Performance Management – Rewards & Recognition (UAE National Only)

The Manager – Performance Management under the guidance of their manager will be responsible:
- Design and implement performance management policies and frameworks that align with the strategic goals of the Bank, its subsidiaries, and overseas branches.
- Drive the execution of performance cycles in collaboration with HR Technology, ensuring seamless administration, communication, and reporting across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and insights to HRBPs, business leaders, and the L&D team to support performance-related decisions, development planning, and improvement initiatives.
